About me!
Connie Boyd, award-winning magician, producer, and writer, first rose to fame as a Las Vegas headliner and has spent over thirty-five years breaking barriers for women in magic. A true pioneer, she has produced groundbreaking shows spotlighting women magicians, directed and mentored talent worldwide, and created the influential Magical Women Project. In 2025, she became a published author with The Power of Magical Women, a landmark work that is shaping the future of magic.

1. Magical Women YouTube Channel
June 2020
In 2020, Boyd launched Magical Women with Connie Boyd, a groundbreaking YouTube channel that has grown into a global platform within the YouTube Partner Program, showcasing over 300 videos of interviews and performances that celebrate and preserve the legacy of female magicians past and present, while championing the next generation of women in magic.
As Senior Associate Editor for Vanish International Magic Magazine, she has authored more than 50 articles and brought over 30 women magicians to its covers—an unprecedented spotlight in the field. Building on that work, her current book, The Power of Magical Women, transforms this extensive archive into the first comprehensive and groundbreaking documentation of contemporary women in magic.
3. FISM Lecturer—The Max Maven History in Magic Series
2022
In 2023, when FISM—the “Olympics of Magic”—was held in North America for the very first time in Quebec City, Canada, Connie Boyd took the stage with her groundbreaking lecture, “How Women Influence Magic.” Handpicked by the legendary Max Maven for this historic, world-class lineup, Boyd’s presentation received a rare and unanimous standing ovation, cementing her voice as a powerful force in shaping the future of magic
